Celebrations at Springs is set within the Springs health club complex, Crossgate, in central South Shields. We have a large car park and are within easy access for all local facilities, including South Shields bus station and South Shields metro station.

Function Suite for that Special Event

Our function suite is extensive yet comfortable and intimate.

We are one of the very few function suites in South Shields able to cater for hot banquets as well as cold buffets. For a cold finger buffet we can cater for 300 guests. Alternatively, If you require a hot meal with waitress service, we can seat and serve 200 guests.

No party is too small and very few parties will be too large. You can book the function suite at Celebrations for 20 up to 300 people. Relax, dine, dance and enjoy entertainment in our plush party environment.

We can arrange the DJ for you, or you can book your own. The suite has a dance floor, special effect lighting and sound system – everything you need to dance the night away.

A further attraction of the Celebrations function suite is its extensive and well stocked bar and with our late licence we believe we have catered for your every need.

Our in-house catering staff are not only available for functions and parties. We also offer meals and snacks throughout the day.

Breakfast is available from 9.30 – 11.00 Monday to Saturday, with a selection of toast, sausage and bacon sandwiches.

From 9.30 -3.30 we offer teas, coffees, scones and toasted tea cakes.

Lunch is served from 11.00 – 3.00. Our varied menu changes daily and includes soup of the day, delicious and healthy pasta dishes, and a daily special, including a desert. We also offer a Senior Citizens Special which changes every day.

Our salad bar offers a range of healthy options including baked potato with delicious fillings, pasta dishes and home made quiches. These meals are also available to take away.
